  • We sell and deliver sarees within India only.
  • We offer two payment options: Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payment.
  • If the payment fails, the order will not be processed.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious or invalid order.

2. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Product availability may vary, and prices may change without notice. In case of pricing errors, we may cancel orders before dispatch.

3. Shipping Policy

  • We offer free shipping across India.
  • Delivery time typically ranges between 3–7 business days.
  • Delays may occur during festivals, holidays, or logistic constraints.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Sampurna Collections is not responsible for:

  • Courier delays beyond our control
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Color variation due to lighting or screen resolution
