Return & Replacement Policy
At Sampurna Collections, we take pride in delivering premium quality sarees. However, in the rare case of issues, we offer a clear and fair 7-day return and replacement policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You are eligible for a return/replacement only if:
- You received a defective product
- You received the wrong product
- You provide a full unboxing video without cuts or edits
2. Not Eligible For Returns
- No returns for “change of mind”
- No returns after the 7-day window
- No returns if saree is worn, washed, used, or damaged
- No return without a valid unboxing video
3. How to Request a Return
- Email us at hello@sampurnacollections.com
- Include your order ID and phone number
- Attach your unboxing video
4. Refund / Replacement
- Approved cases get a replacement shipped within 3 days
- Refunds are issued only if replacement is unavailable
- Refund is processed within 5–7 business days
