Return & Replacement Policy

At Sampurna Collections, we take pride in delivering premium quality sarees. However, in the rare case of issues, we offer a clear and fair 7-day return and replacement policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You are eligible for a return/replacement only if:

  • You received a defective product
  • You received the wrong product
  • You provide a full unboxing video without cuts or edits

2. Not Eligible For Returns

  • No returns for “change of mind”
  • No returns after the 7-day window
  • No returns if saree is worn, washed, used, or damaged
  • No return without a valid unboxing video

3. How to Request a Return

  • Email us at hello@sampurnacollections.com
  • Include your order ID and phone number
  • Attach your unboxing video

4. Refund / Replacement

  • Approved cases get a replacement shipped within 3 days
  • Refunds are issued only if replacement is unavailable
  • Refund is processed within 5–7 business days
